We are happy to announce the 4th development test release from EventList 0.9 for Joomla 1.5 RC4. Thank's to all the testers who are played with EventList 0.9 dev and provided feedback and to all translators. A huge amount of Bugs are fixed, updated helpfiles and some new small functionality improvements have been implemented in these release. Remember, this is a test release. Don't use it in a productive environment. Have fun testing!

Hi all,

some of you noticed for sure (at least the huge mass of emails and forum posts indicate this) that our downloads aren't always available in the last time. What happens? The Joomla! project offers a great service for Joomla related open source code projects. They established a complete development platform, named Joomlacode, with a tracker system, SVN, news, mailing lists and a file release system. The EventList project uses Joomlacode for tracking issues and to release packages. Unfortunately Joomlacode seems to be a victim of its own success and wasn't very reliable in the past.
Tomorrow, 3am UTC on Saturday the 8th (your timezone) the Joomla team will update Joomlacode which will cause another downtime of the services. Let's hope they can sort out these problems.
In the meantime, please be patient and if the downloads doesn't work try it again in a couple of hours. Thank's!

Version 0.8.11 Alpha is a maintenance release. This release fixes a bug when google maps was enabled and also fixes compatibility issues with some of the caching components. Also some new translations are included in the package now. All files are available in the downloads section.

The main changes:

• Bugfixes
• fixed compatibility issues with some caching components
• added russian and turkish language
