Just select the component package and install it via the extension manager. If you run into troubles cause of timeout or memory limit problems use the "Install from directory" functionality. Create via FTP a folder named "eventlist" in which you upload the content of the EventList archive. Amend to the absolute url the created folder and hit the install button.

For EventList versions prior 1.0 stable the following apply:

Upgrading EventList prior 1.0 stable is done through Updatepacks. You can find the latest version in the schlu.net download area. You will find past previous updatepacks in the Forge.

To upgrade your installation of EventList you will need to apply each update individually. This may require you to install multiple updates depending on how long ago you updated EventList.

You should always follow the instructions within the Readme file, located within the Updatepacks.

Note: You should never uninstall EventList unless you want to delete all of the records you and your users have created. Uninstalling EventList will permanently delete these records.

Modules can be upgraded via the Installer in the Backend. Just the select the installation package and hit the submit button.
