In Joomla! 1.5.11 come new option for Media Settings (QuickFAQ can upload images in FAQ answers)

Just go in backend Site -- Global Configuration -- System -- Media Settings

 

There is place Minimum User Level for Media Manager (Select the lowest user level that can use the Media Manager in the front end. Users in this group and higher groups will be able to access the Media Manager.) that is set default for Authors, so change that to Registered and QuickFAQ don't give anymore that warning/error message when you try send new FAQ on regular registered user.
